Mobile app for drivers
We have developed a mobile application for drivers to interact with taxi companies and taxi aggregators.
Problem
- Taxi companies lose money on commissions when paying drivers.
- The system for calculating payments to drivers is not transparent enough. Drivers have a lot of questions about the cost of trips, fees, and balance.
- Existing fleet automation services are not flexible enough, and they have high tariffs.
Solution
We have developed a user-friendly mobile application for taxi agents and drivers. Stages of work on the project:

Creating a technical assignment
Creating a technical specification.

Communication
We communicated with the customer via messengers on urgent issues. A reporting meeting was held every week.

Prototyping
The designer created prototypes of future pages/screens. A prototype helps you think through the user's path and understand how the product will look and work.

Design
We have thought over the convenient location of the elements (buttons, links, text blocks), the overall visual image, details, illustrations.

MVP Development
We have created an MVP — an early version of the product, which has a minimal set of features sufficient to test on the first users.

Testing and refinement
We checked the correctness of the work on iOS and Android. We have achieved stable operation of the application. We made sure that every detail of the visual style was implemented.

Presentation
We presented the finished product to the customer. The customer evaluated and tested it. Made minor edits.

Release
We presented the app to the drivers. They appreciated the functionality and convenience.

Development of the full version
We have added a referral program, a chat with technical support, the ability to change phone numbers and cars, automated bonus accrual and other features.

- Instantly withdraw money to a bank card.
- Enable the referral program.
- Participate in taxi companies' bonus programs.

Results
- Taxi companies automate payments to drivers and they save on fees for third-party services.
- Drivers can control payment details. The relationship between the driver and the taxi company has become more transparent, and loyalty has increased.
- Drivers save time: they do not need to contact the taxi company to withdraw money and resolve financial issues.
