Analytics system for clinics

We have developed a smart automatic system for medical clinic interaction with patients and a business process analytics service.

Problem

We were contacted by the owners of several dental clinics. They had difficulty with business process analytics. The clinic's profit and doctor workload were recorded in an Excel spreadsheet. The data couldn't be viewed in real time, so we had to analyze each indicator manually.

Solution

We have created a convenient modern service from scratch for patient communication, file management and business tracking.

Stages of development

    The concept

    We formulated the project concept. We came up with a name for the service, developed a corporate identity and a logo.

    Competitive analysis

    During the analysis of competitors and communication with the customer, we found out that potential consumers are interested in mailing services, call automation, as well as high-quality business analytics.

    Page design and engineering

    We have developed the design of the service and the layout of the landing page to attract new customers.

    Integration

    We have developed a program that connects to the client's database. We integrated it with automatic notification and automatic call services.

    Configuring Analytics

    We set up analytics to accurately calculate business performance, using metrics and formulas provided by the client. We have set up data visualization.

    We checked the service and tested it on patients connected to the system.

The system automatically confirms the appointment, recalls the visit in one day, collects feedback from patients, notifies about promotions.

Chats with patients

The operators answer patients' questions in chat rooms and invite them to an appointment. The clinic staff can chat with any patient.

The system automatically calculates key business indicators, updates them in real time and displays them on dashboards.

Knowledge base

Metaclinic's knowledge Base is a digital consultant who explains what business intelligence metrics mean, how they affect revenue, and how to improve them.

Call automation

The system is integrated with the automatic call service. This allows you to reduce the cost of a call center, collect marketing information and increase the level of service.

Search for "lost" patients

The system marks patients who have not completed all the stages of treatment, for example, who have had a tooth removed but have not had an implant installed.
