Creating a technical specification.
We communicated with the customer via messengers on urgent issues. A reporting meeting was held every week.
The designer created prototypes of future pages/screens. A prototype helps you think through the user's path and understand how the product will look and work.
We have thought over the convenient location of the elements (buttons, links, text blocks), the overall visual image, details, illustrations.
We have created an MVP — an early version of the product, which has a minimal set of features sufficient to test on the first users.
We checked the correctness of the work on iOS and Android. We have achieved stable operation of the application. We made sure that every detail of the visual style was implemented.
We presented the finished product to the customer. The customer evaluated and tested it. Made minor edits.
We presented the app to the drivers. They appreciated the functionality and convenience.
We have added a referral program, a chat with technical support, the ability to change phone numbers and cars, automated bonus accrual and other features.
